Devistated Parents Take Malware into Court After C

Thu Jan 25, 2007, 6:36 PM
It was a grave night in my town. The wind blew hard against store owner's doors as the cold wrestled with the crisp air trying to take the warmth hostage. Upstairs above the shops, were small apartments meant for two, and cosily they stood as their owners below suffered a fate of nature. Through the two windows that cut through the apartment walls above the shop front, came a cosy orange light that made the building look humanoid in appearance. The face shining deeply across the street and through the cold winds. The light held no bounds against the harsh winds. The speed of light holds no limits for it's cold air counter-parts. But the cold winds still whipped against the stores' front door and lashed it with all it's might.

In the small apartment above the store, in a tiny room that did not have a window, sat a small oak desk, cluttered with papers and random odds and ends. A small computer, a macintosh one for sure, poked out from underneath the mess like a white zit from the layers of skin. A small child, striking the resemblance of a seven year old, but really six and a half, sat upon a small computer chair typing happily away at a website with some avid kid-friendly games. The small brainy child was amused like any other small child with a computer, and paid little attention to it actually being a product of our generation. It simply was a game, a computer, a mouse, that just had appeared there. There was no reason for it to hurt anyone or for anyone to be hurt by it. It just had to be there, and his mommy needed it for her work.

His mommy had been in another room, the tiny two person kitchen that housed more odds and ends. Food had been dire at times, but tonight, she cooked something special for her special one, who only at six and a half, only enjoyed certain meals. She was unaware of her child's doings, but she was certain that she bought a mac, for safety and prosperity of her children.

Until a blue box appeared on the screen in front of the child.

He clicked.

It clicked back.

Suddenly the apartment windows turned from orange to green. Strange faces began glowing on the screen as the grey aliens reached their boney arms out of the screen and snatched the boy's face right off his head.

His mother heard the screams from the other room and ran over to her love child. His face completely taken off, he was only a smudge, a blur of what once used to be the face of a child, resembling a seven year old, but was only six and a half.

The mother is now suing the website company for letting her child's face be abducted by aliens.
